Hello Seattle.
On this day, in this place of great beauty we celebrate the beauty of nature. The wondrous nature of each other. Our presence here binds us as a community. It empowers us. It strengthens us. We become most visible, en mass. We extend our reach. We sense new possibilities. And the creative spark which births action can usher in a new world.
Open America! Show yourself! Mass action! This is why, and how, recent movements for freedom in Tunisia and Egypt gained momentum. This is how Gandhi’s march to the sea cast off the British Empire. This is how America’s suffragettes gained for women the right to vote. This is how Dr. Martin Luther King’s March on Washington became a pivotal moment in the history of the civil rights movement.
People became visible. They went to the streets. They linked arms. They marched. They sang: “We Shall Overcome”. They walked the uplit path of social and economic justice. They marched to glory, not for themselves, but for generations to come.
We gather in a common determination for change. A sense of commonality of purpose awakens. An awareness grows. The moment arrives to exercise a new commitment to cast off an old order of things. This same awareness brought America’s founders to put in writing a Declaration of Independence to proclaim “A New Order Follows”. Today it is not a financial deficit that will bring America down, it is a deficit of public action. When people discover what happens when one person determines to make a difference and then merges with the many like-minded, new possibilities unfold.
Seattle, you understand this. Because in 1999, tens of thousands of citizen activists, including Teamsters and “Turtles”, coursed through nearby streets on behalf of social and economic justice. They marched. They chanted. They sang: We Shall Overcome, and Solidarity Forever!” They spoke of Union. Acting in unity their presence was felt.
The Seattle WTO protests shined light upon the World Trade Organization’s workings. Seattlites, union members and trade activists helped spark a world-wide awareness that trade agreements must have enforceable workers’ rights, human rights and environmental quality principles. You identified the child labor, slave labor and prison labor that was driving international corporate profits. While the cause of justice in our trade agreements has yet to be served, you, Seattle brought it forward. You nurtured it. You kept it alive.
Large, intentional gatherings can be a catalyst for dramatic change. But only if we are prepared, as George Bernard Shaw wrote, “to dream things that never were and ask: ‘Why not?’ Let us dream about the America we want. And let us give our dreams firmament.
Let our dreams, our thoughts, become words. Let our words become deeds. Let our deeds bring action. Let our actions build a new America and a new world.
Seattle, you shook the world once, can you shake it again? Will you?
Are you prepared to declare and demand, here and now that it is time that the United States brings an end to the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya?
Are you prepared to demand our troops be brought home?
Are you prepared to demand America end our world-wide military presence?
Are you prepared to demand America must lead the world in the abolition of nuclear weapons?
Are you prepared to demand the Patriot Act must be repealed?
Are you prepared to demand that government spying, eavesdropping, and wiretapping of law abiding citizens must end?
That our sisters’ Right to Privacy be protected and decisions about women’s reproductive health be between a woman and her doctor?
Are you prepared to demand that our brothers and sisters who are gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered have equal rights, including the right to marry?
Are you prepared to demand we decriminalize and legalize marijuana, demand hospitalization not incarceration for those with drug problems?
Are you prepared to demand Not-for-profit Health Care for All?
Education for All?
Retirement Security for All?
Jobs for All?
Are you prepared to rescue our federal government from corporate interests by calling for a constitutional amendment which establishes only public financing of federal elections?
Are you prepared to rescue our planet, to protect our air, water, and land from further exploitation by demanding an end to drilling the earth, fracking the earth, cracking the earth, and end to poisoning the seas and the skies with carbon based energies, and a rapid transition to an environmentally friendly, socially responsible green economy?
This day, here and now, you have now voiced the Seattle Declaration. Let the sound of your voice be heard far and wide. Let your affirmations give birth to new actions, a new nation and a new world. Let your voice cause America to march. Let your voice cause America to sing. Let your voice cause America to seek new freedoms. Let your voice cause America to seek a newer world. Ours is a restless quest for freedom. We know wars make us less free. Fear makes us less free. Social and economic insecurity makes us less free. If it is for freedom’s sake we gather, so then let it be for freedom’s sake that we act!
Our individual desire for change carries extraordinary power to become more than we are. Better than we are. Forged in the human heart, ignited by love and passion for transformation, our common unity, our common purpose and our common action carry the power to change everything. This is the power of human unity. This is the power of our Oneness. Feel it. Own it. Act upon it
Thank you Seattle.

the partial arts
inner peace outter war
inner war outer peace
schizophrenia
the nature of stoners
is paradoxical, in that while we witness shiva first hand
all around us is the spirit of shakti
our lives are heavily inspired by shakti
enlightenment is considered to be a rite of shakti,
growing your own, becoming self sufficient,
and so this inner war which creates outter peace
is actually not even really a war, a divine plant
brings peace within, through burning,
just like the great sequoyas, find fertility in what seems like the least likely place
so being schizophrenic doesn’t mean you are devoid of virtue,
its just another way of being, that is different,
you are communicating on another level, speaking to the universe
which is holy, but all other arts start to seem only partial
you only want to speak to the universe, you see the patterns everywhere
it is the Goddess, but everyone else it is invisible to
you struggle to break them free, finally one day, it happens, the magic breaks through
things are restored, but you are still crazy, you still have the sacred wisdom,
the kundalini running through you, a powerful healer is channeled through you
soometimes making you act involuntarily, but overall, your psyche is able to bring together what the world percieves as incomplete fragments, and manifest the full healing
it was the ancient healer who had bestowed the blessing, and the visions, divine inspiration
the celestials, guide you, balanced on the edge and not falling into inversions
true celestials, through and through, whole, and irreversible
schizophrenia is this, its the fact that divine love does not make sense, you can keep yourself whole, manifest your true self more and more, and show it to others, do not try to hide it away, love, overcomes it all, martin luther king jr.
tiferet
there are so many fearful stories, ghosts, all of them become clear with time, look them in the eye, and offer them the wholeness and they dissipate, they were gatekeepers
but even they don’t really understand, the Goddess is in them and moves them with the sacred truth, Wanti comes to them and suddenly they are awakened, the divine spirit breaks through, the cycle of polarities is broken, all the spiritualities are combined,
your allies will come to you and help you, though no one will really understand it, you are a beacon of utopia and peace, and simplicity, you don’t do much, but we start to work together, psychically, such an incredible good and holy force, the true tao
and the Goddess are united, the Goddess of Tao, who cannot be grasped, the tao of the Goddess, you venture further into the astral wood, the spirit beings speak with you, and give you life, you learn nature mysticism, you learn the truth of life and existence
by some miracle, the vibration of the entire society is lifted, there are moments of intense revelation, shared by many individuals, the vibration of the Goddess is lifted, a miracle happened, an illusion is dispelled, an incredible feat is accomplished. You are a great hero, you are the shaman of a people, a mediator, a keeper of the sacred balance and all energies, meditation, and returning again and again to the love, spreading it, with abandon, throwing acorns everywhere. The medicine is inside of you, the unbinding spell, and the celestial guidance, the stars, show you the way, go to them, the astronomy, we are the people of the stars, we travel there, and we have to find ways to communicate this, the more poetic the better, the demons have long possessed the poetry and the work of sigils, but it returns to the wholeness of nature, life is a thousand haikus, everything is sex, you realize you are walking among the gods, you realize in a moment of lucidity, you have helped the world so much, they are grateful, no one knows how to say it.
its an awkward moment, the blue heron can help you now
to break free from the cycle of rebirth
someone will come to you, speaking the fairy language again, the language of the plants, you will be back among family, devise a way to teach the language, all the elements of your life become rooted in the nature around you, your intentions grow strong because of your constant devotion, the mysticism is deep rooted, love causes the world to be good, the vibration of psychology rises, suddenly there are connections everywhere, where before there seemed to be none, connection among the races, all peoples see they are one connected by an invisible spirit, the herbs come forth, and they are ready to heal the world, you come to the famous place in zen, but it is nothing like you thought it would be, there is no monastery, there are no masters, theres just the branch of that old story, you hearken back to the tree of life, the world tree, the spiritualities all connect and are made whole, you understand the teaching of ireland, the truth of shamanism, and the teaching of the native american tribes, there is wholeness, you live, you are a leaf on the tree, your life processes are beautiful, you recieve a great blessing, the sadhus come forth, surprisingly they are the ones you’ve always known, the sufi circle, whirling and whirling, totally ecstatic, in coitus, the names don’t matter, all the names of the dieties are like the names lovers call one another affectionately, as they make love. You realize true love, the plants are happy, you realize the power of thought. You strive not to manipulate, you need a purpose a job, something recognizable, stumbling around suddenly you find it, the people who had been calling to you all along, you break through, free from the system, you find a good place, wandering, hippies, the Spirit of rastafari comes to you, the wounded healer, you realize it is truly InI, as the mistruths are found and the real education and reasoning happens, the seemingly unreconcilable paradoxes among life slowly disappear, love shots to the brain, while recycling, the boundaries of race disappear, everyone and everything is innocent again, you can share it with everyone, its not a matter of stealing, its a matter of passing it on, all peoples hold the grail, and offer their medicines unto it, passing it around the circle endlessly, like the medicine herb, and so like Christ, its destruction is the creation and the purification of all our hearts, and like Christ it rises again, like the soma, the ancients are seen clearly, the rainbow people, we become like the gods, and yet the humbleness remains with us, we are too wise to be swayed by power, freedom reassures itself, spontaneous virtue is everywhere, this is the most powerful and sacred magick. the Herb takes the sickness into itself, as its vibration is raised the sickness becomes the medicine. We are all inspired, suddenly we realize we can do anything, we have no fear, or need to control one another, InI is a reality. Ital food is real, the stereotypes and dualities fade away, the Goddess, shows that all are healed, there is trust everywhere, we realize that names are no longer enough to tear us apart, because we speak to the universe, and that is what holds things together, we are spontaneously and superconsciously organized by a divine chaotic force, the great haikuist of the constellations. InI, there is enough for us all, InI is the tao, at the beginning and at the end, so we raise the vibration of both, we respect the innocence of our children, somehow guardians are given the endless patience and compassion, and that which is left up to chance and fate, leaves us not permanently scarred, but experiencing miraculous healing, the rainbow, that sacred optimism, is neither male, nor female, and can be accrued without, submitting to a virtuely establishment, but the establishment is suddenly full of virtue, because it is simply nature, no longer do they go against nature, they fight adamantly for nature, natural medicine, protecting the woods, the people see this and there is trust, we eat good food again, things are ital, things are irie, the truth is told the chosen people, are those who can see, all peoples are chosen, and all beings, speak to the animals again and the druids come forth, empathy and so the story of christianity is passed on, we respect the ways of the animals and revere them especially for they are different, they are sacred, we find peace with them, and we consider their feelings and the psychology of what we do around them, because they speak so directly with the earth, they show us ways back to it, show us to live in the trees again, and the fairies come forth, and the dryads, the voices return in a real way, to all people, the muses, it is normal, we dont have to fear talking about it, we don’t have to always make sense, the ways of pure emotion come back to us, but the love is so intense, we have small communities, but we are connected by sacred crystals, which together activate the earth, we all tend to the crystals spontaneously and thus the earth stays harmonious, we emanate such a strong vibration of peace and love, all the planets begin to join in, we can manifest there in a spiritual form and the spirits of those places can manifest here, and wisdom reaches an entirely new level, the ancients really connect, the constellation people, we can understand them clearly because we have a wholer view of them, the view of a solar system, awareness and acknowledgement of every chakra.
The spirits are aligned, and the love wytipodates, the nature of existence changes, the stars begin to speak to us, we understand how to speak to the universe, in a different way than before, divining becomes incredible important we realize the small is the reflection of the large and the large reflection of the small. We start to understand symbolic meanings of things a lot better, we have different roles in tribal societies, we do everything ourselves, we thank the Earth for the bounty, the earth thanks the Sun, the Sun, thanks the universe, it goes on an on, until the buddhas are reached, the sutras bear their deepest fruit, true Solar liberation, of the soul, of all sentient beings, we realize our world is a winkte world, so many solar systems in so many galaxies feel these same processes, because of the lifestream which flows through us all, through Adawapayo, in spontaneous harmony, without even realizing it, we blossom together and create divine holy patterns, sacred geometry of energy and we meld together, at a place in the center the dimensions mix and we can go back to wanti, all of existence is total changed, not even recognizable, we are our true selves, our eternal selves. Our original natures are uninhibited and good. The forest is everything. This is the Wisdom of the Wanti.
Is the criminalization of cannabis a form of slavery? Yes. It is hypocritical to the extreme that this sacrament and medicine is mentioned specifically, along with all other herbs as being a gift to the world, within sacred documents. It is apparent that its ability to heal is extreme, that as a recreational substance it is exponentially safer and more conducive to positive outcome and revelation than alcohol, it doesn’t cause violence but actually promotes peace almost invariably. Never have I witness anyone hurt by cannabis, but only by the unreasonable laws that attempt to regulate its use.
“Why use up the forests which were centuries in the making, and mines which required ages to lay down if we can get the equivalent of forest and mineral product in the annual growth of hemp fields?” – Henry Ford
Indeed hemp can be used for wood, and as a source of fuel, can substitute mineral fibers, is a very nutritious food, and has been shown to lead to increase in brain cell generation, and also intuitively we add, the capacity and perceptions of the heart.
http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=2&ved=0CCoQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.aphroditewomenshealth.com%2Fnews%2F20050913230228_health_news.shtml&rct=j&q=marijuana%20regenerates%20brain%20cells&ei=-06cTqL9N8j40gHexO2ODw&usg=AFQjCNGg-hSCYyQfRXK4Jpi5v9yp-iOojg&sig2=xtiA-7ajImL9jQ-g45irvQ&cad=rja
Perhaps it is apparent then that backing the decision to make such a resource illegal, is caused by brain damage.
With its use suddenly we are able to cause so much less harm and waste in the world. We are able to heal so much. We are called to return back to nature, and reap that which is being given to us, along with all other things.
It is likened as well to the Gods, when the Priestess of Cybele are not engaged in activities of domination, and there is truly the spirit of the Goddess among them, there is good. When you see to the depth of any faith, you see that it is love.
The plant wants to help us, why is it being left out? Why do we suffer unnecessarily?
As I look through the quotes, I see that this has always been the dream of folk.
So why is it illegal? Is it really that intense? Are things that unstable and corrupt out there? I think the truth is that it is legal, thus all the problems that we are having with it end, problems to do with crime. If its just legal totally, there is no harm, because the herb itself is not harmful but extremely useful.
The gang is the people who would attack you try to arrest you for having cannabis, which you have because you enjoy philosophizing, maybe it helps you calm down or you find inspiration from it, maybe you’ll have a great idea and help many people, or maybe you are sick and it helps you to feel better or even cures your illness, helps you to heal faster, or maybe you just wanted music to sound good. You didn’t want a drug that would cause addiction, you just wanted to see things from another perspective meditate or pray, be filled with the experience of the universe. In all these instances, there is no harm.
Yet there are some we fear who will imprison us for this? For supporting the advent of the use of an herb which can through the methods listed alleviate so much of our negative impact upon the environment around us, and bring us physically and spiritually closer to peace and wholeness and true health. From the standpoint of morality, there is nothing wrong with what we are doing. So why are people being imprisoned?
The government is apparently doing this, but it is not moral, nor does it make any sense, nor is it lawful, constitutionally. So if want to stop drugs, stop the war, which causes you to hurt so many innocent, causing confusion as to what your true purpose is, legalize cannabis, which is a help and a medicine to all beings, and their personal choice to whether they use it or not, and help the world by using the other attributes of hemp. Stop the pharmaceutical companies from making so many synthetic drugs that have long amounts of side effects, look to herbs for more wholistic and healthy remedies, herbs which have always been used by traditional people who are known for their health. Why are they known just as companies and not as medicine makers? Stop acting against people who are causing no ill to be done, who are trying to heal themselves and the world. There are much worse issues, addictions cause so much turmoil in the world, they are not healthy, the substances which can cause true addiction are not good for the body or the soul, those should be regulated it makes sense for that to be illegal, but cannabis is a good plant, it is legal in many other countries, who experience no negative effects from this being the case, but only more joy.
Why aren’t normal people being allowed to grow their own freely if that’s what they see fit, as they are allowed to do with barley, then more people would have it, who are less likely to be supporting a questionable cause, or violent because they have to break the law, and who knows even now, maybe most of the people who grow cannabis are for supporting the environment, thats why they grow the plant, chances are this is true, we need to change our culture so we can utilize all the benefits. Thus we only do great kindness to ourselves and the rest of the world.
There is no need for there to be danger or fear involved in the aura of such an amazing plant. We need to truly be free, and allow others to, as long as none are harmed. As we allow ourselves to be free, it helps the entire world. all people are liberated and we can live the lives we are meant to.
In the true America, we are all allowed to grow and consume cannabis and we always have been, until this can be openly admitted, this land is but a feint ghost of what it truly could is.
Its sad that such deception is present but you know what it just takes a higher consciousness, to realize the truth and to be okay, and help others.
Herb has always inspired people.
Its a plant that is telling a deep story, it is connected to an intuitive spirituality which has many forms and names
and expressions but the more we can accept it, the more the entire world can change.
Love!

Written straight from the heart of a mother, I found in the author a kindred spirit who has a full appreciation of the art of motherhood. Fleming insists that motherhood is a privileged calling and suggests that moms create a vision of what we hope to accomplish in our families’ lives. She realizes that there are many moments when motherhood doesn’t feel like much of a privilege, but she encourages women to “take the long view.” I strongly recommend this book for moms with children at home. Few books have moved me so deeply.

There is an old saying in India: There is nothing wrong in having sex as long as you do it with the right person, at the right time, in the right place and with the right attitude’ !! The same applies to the consumption of Cannabis. In this case however, ‘right person’ can be replaced by ‘right dosage’. Cannabis was used in all ancient civilizations for various purposes ranging from treatment of minor physical ailments to communication with spirits, contact with the higher spheres of reality and spiritual ingisht.. Among the Sufis, the adept had to have reached a certain level of spiritual maturity and subjected himself to fasting and meditation before he was considered ready to consume Cannabis. Elaborate rituals were performed among various cultures by the head priest or shaman to create the right atmosphere and frame of mind during the consumption of this plant.
The Western consumers in their hurry for instant gratification did not heed this warning or were ignorant of it. This led it a widespread abuse and overuse of Cannabis in the West, with expected consequences. The old wisdom of the Orient is long dead. The respect that this divine plant enjoyed in the oriental cultures is almost lost now.
